Goodspeed Flying Service is always seeking to add flight instructors and contract ferry pilots to supplement and broaden our capacity. While we are not hiring for a specific post at this time, we will create opportunities for the right candidate. Broadly, prospective team members should bring a passion for aviation, willingness to serve, personable attitude, and significant subject matter expertise.​​​

The following qualifications are highly preferred:

– FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate (all ratings as applicable)

– FAA Flight Instructor Certificate (all ratings as applicable)

– FAA Mechanic Certificate (A&P/IA)

– International conversion certificates (EASA, Canada, UK CAA, etc.)

– Substantial heavy tailwheel experience, including specialty operations (500 hours+)​
